What is AirSwap?

AirSwap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that enables peer-to-peer trading of Ethereum tokens. It was founded in 2017 by Michael Oved and Don Mosites, two former traders at Virtu Financial. The platform uses a unique system of smart contracts to facilitate trades without the need for an order book or central authority. Instead, users are able to find counterparties through an automated process known as “signaling”.
